By using Anothr Lap, you agree to our rules and community standards.
You must be 13+ (or 16+ in the EU) to create an account.
You’re responsible for what you post (reviews, media, links).
We may remove content that’s harmful, spammy, or misleading.
Race Directors may access anonymized feedback and flag, respond to, or report reviews that may violate these terms.
The platform is free for users who write reviews; premium features may be available for Race Directors.
These terms are governed by California law (Nevada County).

1. Who We Are

Anothr Lap is an independent race review platform for the global endurance sports community. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use www.anothrlap.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to follow these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least:

13 years old to use Anothr Lap (or 16 in the EU)
Able to enter a legally binding agreement in your country of residence

3. User Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account info (especially your password) secure.
You agree to use accurate, real information when signing up.
If you see suspicious activity on your account, let us know right away.

4. Content Guidelines & Community Guidelines

We believe in honest, constructive feedback that supports better racing events. You agree to:

Only post your own, original reviews and media
Keep your content respectful, accurate, and helpful
Avoid personal attacks, spam, hate speech, or inappropriate links

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Community Guidelines or is flagged by users or Race Directors.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain ownership of everything you post. By submitting a review or upload, you give Anothr Lap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to:

Display your content on the platform
Share it (with attribution) to promote the site or support race directors
We may retain and display your reviews and content even after your account is deleted, unless you explicitly request removal at the time of deletion

6. Race Director Access

Race Directors may:

View aggregated and anonymized feedback related to their event
Flag public reviews that appear misleading or inappropriate
Respond to reviews
Receive anonymized reports generated from user-submitted feedback

They cannot see your personal data unless you share it directly or publicly.

7. Media & Links

Users may upload:

Race-related photos or audio clips
Links to verified results or activity tracking (e.g., Strava, Garmin)

All media must follow our content standards. We reserve the right to moderate or remove anything that violates these terms.

8. Premium Features & Payments

The platform is free for athletes and reviewers.
Race Directors may be offered optional premium features in the future, including:
- Sponsored listings
- Custom survey questions
- Enhanced feedback dashboards

We’ll always notify you before anything becomes a paid service.

10. Third Party Services

Anothr Lap may include links or integrations to third-party tools (e.g., Strava, Supabase, Google). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Giveaways & Promotions

From time to time, we may run contests or giveaways (e.g., free race entries, gear, gift cards). Rules will be posted for each campaign, including eligibility, entry deadlines, and how winners are selected.

12. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if:

You violate these Terms
You post harmful, abusive, or false content
Your behavior harms the integrity of the platform

You can delete your account at any time by contacting hello@anothrlap.com or by going to your account profile settings.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Superior Court of Nevada County, California.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Anothr Lap evolves. If we make major changes, we’ll notify users via email or a site-wide banner.

15. Feedback

We welcome ideas to improve the platform. By submitting suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without obligation or compensation.
