This was the World Championship Race for DEKA STRONG. Judges were in general better than we see during the year at qualifying events. The excitement and production was much higher than a usual DEKA event, but there's still much room for improvement compared to their competitor HYROX.
Pro Tips for First-Time Racers
Pace yourself. Don't push yourself until after the ski or else you're in for a lotta pain and not a lot of speed. Finish time won't place you well
